New Greek Law for Golden Visa

The Greek parliament voted for a new legislation concerning the investment (golden) visa program.

With a wider parliamentary majority, the draft law of the Ministry of Finance for the integration of Directive 2022/2523, regarding ensuring a global minimum level of taxation of multinationals and large-scale domestic groups in the EU, was voted in, as well as the amendment for the conditions of granting of golden visa.
